Repair technology of hydraulic cylinders

For Linyi hydraulic cylinders, the traditional repair is to first weld the worn parts of the support shaft to increase the size, and then use an angle grinder to restore the size.

After the improvement, the worn support shaft is first welded and the welding slag is removed. Note that the support shaft after welding should have enough processing allowance, and the uneven parts of the support shaft after welding should be slightly polished with an angle grinder, and then the root of the support shaft should be flattened for cutting. Then find the position of the hydraulic cylinder, fix the two V-shaped special clamps on the boring machine processing platform with bolts, and use the clamp to adjust the parallelism between the hydraulic cylinder and the platform and the verticality between the hydraulic cylinder and the tool. Then install the cutting tool with a feed device on the boring head of the boring machine.

Note that after the tool is adjusted, the hydraulic cylinder support shaft can be cut. After cutting one knife, adjust the feed amount and continue cutting until the support shaft is cut to the specified size.
